About Tamsulosin

Tamsulosin relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow in men with BPH. Can cause postural hypotension (dizziness on standing) — take at bedtime. May cause intraoperative floppy iris syndrome in cataract surgery.

Also sold as: Flomax, Contiflo
