About Naproxen
Naproxen is an NSAID available over-the-counter (Aleve, 220mg) and on prescription (up to 1000mg/day). Its longer half-life (12-17 hours) means twice-daily dosing. Like ibuprofen, it carries GI and cardiovascular risks.
