About Tramadol
Tramadol is a prescription-only opioid with additional serotonin-noradrenaline reuptake inhibiting activity. It is a Class C controlled drug in the UK. It carries significant risks when combined with SSRIs (serotonin syndrome) and alcohol (respiratory depression).
